ผ้าโพลีเอสเตอร์ Polyester

เป็นผ้าที่สังเคราะห์มาจากเม็ดพลาสติก จุดเด่นคือความทนทานในการใช้งาน ยับยาก และราคาที่ถูกกว่าผ้าธรรมชาติมากๆ  แต่สามารถดูดความชื้นได้น้อย ระบายอากาศได้ไม่ดี

Polyester is a synthetic fiber created from coal and petroleum.. Polyester is characterized by its durable nature; however the material is not breathable and doesn’t absorb liquids well so is not recommended for the summer months.

ผ้าไนลอน Nylon

โดยส่วนมากผ้าไนลอนจะไม่ค่อยนิยมนำมาผลิตเป็นเสื้อผ้า เพราะเวลาสวมใส่จะไม่ค่อยสบายตัวเท่าไหร่นัก แต่ถ้าหากนำมาผลิตเป็นเสื้อผ้าก็จะมีราคาที่ไม่สูง  ส่วนมากจะผลิตเป็นกระเป๋า ร่ม ถุงผ้าไนลอน มากกว่า เพราะคุณสมบัติของผ้าไนลอนมีความแข็งแรง ทนทานมาก ไม่ยับง่าย เนื้อผ้าสามารถทรงตัวได้ดี ทนต่อเชื้อราและการถูกขัดสีได้ดี

Nylon  is not popular for making  apparels , instead  used for other products like..bags umbrella "eco"-shopping bag as it's extremely durable,  hard to get crease, and rarely leave scratches. The price for material also lower than natural fabrics. 

ผ้าสแปนเด็กซ์ Spandex

เนื้อผ้าสแปนเด็กซ์เป็นเนื้อผ้าที่ผสมเส้นใยสังเคราะห์ต่างๆ เพื่อให้มีคุณสมบัติความยืดหยุ่นมาก เเมื่อยืดออกแล้วปล่อยกลับก็จะคงอยู่ในรูปทรงเดิม และแถมยังมีน้ำหนักที่เบาสบาย จึงนิยมนำมาทำเสื้อผ้าออกกำลังกาย ชุดว่ายน้ำ ไปจนถึงกางเกงยืนอีกด้วย

Also known as Lycra or elastane, Spandex is a synthetic fiber characterized by its extreme elasticity. Spandex is blended with several types of fibers to add stretch and used for everything from jeans to athleisure to hosiery. Fun fact: Spandex is an anagram of the word expands.
